Allow an hour from Masterton to get to the start point. 2 WD vehicles are OK. $10 donation/car requested.

Castlepoint Station will be open for a drive through from the southern end. (signposted from the Riversdale turnoff on the Masterton- Castlepoint Road) Allow an hour from Masterton to get to the start point. 2 WD vehicles are OK. $10 donation/car requested. |

| 11:00-11:30am | Service of Remembrance for Former Lighthouse keepers at St Peters church | |
| 11:30am – 5:00pm | Historic photoboard displays at the church with children’s puzzle activities | |
| 11:30 - 12:30 | Children's games on the beach | |
| 12:30 - 2:00pm | More FM - family sand castle competition | |
| 1:30 – 3:00 | Pony & cart rides (gold coin donation requested) | |
| 2:00 – 3:00pm | More FM kite flying (bring your own or kites available for sale) | |
| 3:00 - 3:45pm | Mustering sheep along the beach with horses | |
| 4:00pm | Wairarapa News Big Dig and Castlepoint Store Lolly Scramble | |
| Weather permitting, we will have helicopter rides (fee applies) and demonstrations | ||
